About Brianne Thompson, LMHC
Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. What they truly want is to feel grounded, connected, and more trusting of themselves.

I offer a space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with who you are. I use brain and body-based approaches like EMDR, IFS, and Mindfulness—tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. I’ll always explain new modalities and never push anything you're uncomfortable with.

I’ve practiced EMDR since 2021 and became certified in 2023. My holistic approach looks at the whole person—including sleep, movement, nutrition, and environment—as essential parts of healing.

Individual Therapy
These sessions often involve getting to know each other, clarifying treatment goals, working through current challenges, processing past experiences, learning new coping skills, or identifying patterns that may be holding you back.

EMDR Intensives
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) intensives are a specialized format of EMDR, designed to help people work through trauma and emotional distress more quickly and deeply than in traditional weekly sessions.
